The Olympic Eagles thrashed their visitors at the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Tuesday to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first-leg in Omdurman.
Faleye was one of four goalscorers and also got an assist on the day as defending champions, Nigeria, return to the Africa U23 Cup of Nations.
